Returns

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized items, items marked as “final sale,” and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items, where PeterDecor will cover the return shipping.
